Pippa Middleton Sued Hacker of Her iCloud Account

Pippa Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister, has reportedly taken high court action against the hacker or hackers who breached her iCloud account and stolen private pictures. The case against “The Person or Persons Unknown” will be heard in London in the next few days. In the meantime, court officials didn’t disclose the details of the case.

It must be said that a 35-year-old unemployed man was arrested in England a few days ago by officers investigating claims that Pippa Middleton’s iCloud account had been hacked and about 3,000 images stolen. Nathan Wyatt was arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of a Computer Misuse Act offence and later released on bail pending further inquiries. Police searched a home thought to belong to the 35-year-old. Media reports reveal that Internet posts show Wyatt appears to have a knowledge of computers and an interest in PlayStation games. So far, his alleged involvement in Pippa Middleton’s hacked account is unknown.

According to media reports, the stolen pictures included those with the Duchess of Cambridge and her children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. A week ago, these photos were offered for sale to the Sun and Daily Mail through encrypted messaging service WhatsApp. According to the Sun, the service had been approached by a person using a pseudonym ‘Crafty Cockney or ‘Mas’ who offered to sell the stolen images for £50,000 within 2 days.

Pippa Middleton has taken legal action in the Queen’s bench division of the high court where judges consider claims relating to issues including libel, personal injury, negligence and privacy.
